Call a Geek or Call an Expert?

Let’s face it, when it comes to machine repair, a customer has many option of who to call. Everyone seems to know a ‘machine guy’ or someone who someone who ‘works on computers’, when in circumstance that poor sap could be a machine programmer who knows very small about machine hardware repair. In any condition, we in the industry hear tale after tale from customers who took it to a friend/neighbor/nephew first and this person finished up making the issues much much losing precious data!
